"The food is the BEST! Large portions, made delicious. Wait staff is excellent, with fast service and able to tell you all of the specials for the day. My favorite and excellently made: The French Onion Soup!! The Hamburgers are big and juicy with all sorts of extras. Another of my favorites is the Grouper Sandwich or Grouper over a large salad. Very large menu and lots of choices. Great bar with Draft beers and anything else you could want. The restaurant is like a very nice sports bar with lots of TV's of sports. It's my favorite restaurant in the area and I eat there two to three times a week."

"Loved this restaurant. To run around their docks to see how people feed the many Tarpon fish of all sizes. Had drinks in their bar and then went to the dining room with many windows and views of the water and the yachts. Our meal was notch and so was our waiter. We ordered 2 bottles of red wine, appetizers: tomato soup, fish with vegetables, shrimps and a free plate of cheese bites. All were very good. Our ducks were excellent: Sea bass with sweet potatoes and green beans; Cario Fish and Halibut Dinner. Vanilla ice cream for dessert. What a delightful day for good food and atmosphere."

"Came here for brunch with friends and it was really good. Not super unique food but very well prepared and presented. We each got a juice that was incredible. The ocean view really adds to the ambiance. Service is overall good. I do think the drinks are overpriced compared to the food. Otherwise very good."

"Oysters excellent as always! The evenings special of mussels sofrito was wonderful as well as the crab cakes. Felt a little rushed compared to previous evenings here, but overall nice evening. Will definitely be back."

"You have a few vegetarian options- veggie burgers and sushi that can be changed to be vegan. I recently got the sushi. It was okay. It had a lot of vegetables, which was nice. I wish the restaurant had more vegan options. Currently the only vegan item on the brunch menu is Guacamole Taro root chips on the appetizer menu that is not designed to be a full meal."

"We have eaten here several times over the years and this visit everyone was very enthusiastic and our server was great but food taste and offering was not special. There wasnât one thing that was so good it would be memorable enough for me to say I canât wait to come back. Also a few of the dishes were to heavy on the sauces that really didnât enhance the food. I had the arugula salad with strawberries that were hard and not ripe enough to taste like strawberries and the dressing really had no distinct flavor and neither did the arugula which definitely should have flavor and was wilted. My Bronzino was heavy on the bÃarnaise sauce that was just ok. To me not a great choice for the fish as it was all you tasted, the fish flavor did not come through. Overall this is a nice restaurant but being a bit tough because I have certain expectations from a Ford Fry restaurant. But it is not at the top of my choice of restaurants and was the case with this visit as many other restaurants were booked so we chose what was available (my husband said the burger was very good, but donât think good enough to come for dinner just for that)"

"Awful experience at this restaurant. We had made a reservation assuming it would be busy, but it was surprisingly empty. When a host offered us a table, we opted to go to the bar instead. However, we were completely ignored by the staff despite there being multiple employees behind the bar and it not being busy at all. We eventually left without anyone seeming to care. It is disappointing when a bartender cannot even acknowledge customers. We will not be returning and would advise others to do the same. We ended up going to Tacocraft across the street where the service was much better. Hopefully, the management at Himmarshee Public House will take notice and make some changes to improve their service."

"Overall a very pleasant dinner. The food was pretty good, but not over the top memorable. The fish dip was the best thing we had. The onion tart was good but the seafood carbonara was too rich and really didn't hold together as a dish. The beet salad was also pretty good, but the dressing was a little runny. The wine list is ridiculous only a half dozen bottles under $75. Most were over $200 including $500+ for Chinese wine. Seriously?"

"I usually go to the J. Marks Restaurant on Federal Hwy and NE 13 St in Ft. Lauderdale, but last night, my foodie cronies decided to take the original J. Marks in Pompano Beach, 1490 NE 23rd St, Pompano Beach, FL 33062 (actually it is on Copans at the West end of the Pompano City Center). I remember going there about 15 years ago when it opened. Our dinner experience was excellent from the atmosphere (already for the holidays), the very attentive service and the delicious food. Always. Besides their wonderful meals, I love their homemade free hot rolls with soft whipped butter that put them on the table on sitting. Can't you just eat one? In fact, I could have a whole meal with only those (no photos of the rolls). I prefer the layout of the PB locations, but the Ft Laud spot is more convenient for me. Either place, the food is always great."

"an angry employee almost ruined our dinner. they now have a huge tent on the parking lot and it started to crash when we arrived. we were placed at the rande of the tent and the waterfall that came from the tent hit the table and us. We pulled the table in a foot and almost immediately we were accelerated by a hostess called lisa verbal. she was hectic and talked very quickly that we had to withdraw our table in the rain and if we didn't like it, we could go. I have made several suggestions how to move the table next to us 1 foot, because it was table next to the tentstock and would not be closer to others. she refused. she also refused to bring us to a table...read more"

"If you're in him for dinner, don't bother with another restaurant on Key Largo. Eat at a heap, and this is the one that actually serves wonderful, well prepared fresh fish. Great from start to finish. There is no Tiki bar, no water food, no live music. Only really good food and a relaxed atmosphere. A cut over everything we found on Key Largo."

"I was just once, but all the time I wish I had just gone near bakechop or de la vega. the vegan option was lazy and tasted not great. the service was very slow and the cocktails tasted terrible. I think it would be better if they were vegetarian because then they could at least eat the cheese plates."

"Every year when the wife and I land in key west we head straight to Alonzo’s for supper. Probably won’t after this. We hit happy hour, just like many times before. 1/2 pound of peel and eats were not even close to 1/2 lb and were rubbery in texture. The fish dip was runny and didn’t seem fresh. The fish bites were not good either. Beer was $6 a bottle, which I’m willing to overlook in exchange for a good meal. The end result was an $86 bill and had to stop down the road for some more food. We did load up on bottles of hot sauce for the upcoming winter and chili season which is always good but how about a deal when you buy 4? But that’s not the point of this review. Our server was great, but honestly felt my stomach sink when I got out my card out to pay. I’ve eaten here a dozen times and brag about it back home. Breaks my heart I have to leave a bad review."

"I was really impressed with Lito's. Though a fairly good sized restaurant, only serves beer and wine, but has a bar. But, best of all is that it is a family run operation that really cares about its customers, its food preparation and it shows. It's clean, neat and with polite attentive service. I went for the Bahamian Conch chowder and found it to be one of the best most tasty around. I also had their Lobster Roll which was not only delicious with the roll bun having been caringly toasted as well as loaded with delicious lobster. What's more, in price comparison with what is served either at Linda Bean's or Kelly's Landing, a bargain. Another good thing about Lito's is that if you happen to be lucky as a fisherman, as we occasional are, but too tired out to cook catch, you can take it to Lito's and they'll prepare it for you!"
