"It 's my 'go to ' hyvee! I go here for groceries, pharmacy, coffee, and/or a meal! I have recently been going through some health challenges so I 've been utilizing the drive up option to get my groceries. I have never had a bad experience with it yet! The employees are happy, friendly, and kind and do a stellar job at loading the groceries in the back of my car so that nothing gets squished or broken. All of the employees are also so kind to my kids! I have 7 year olds so we already know they 're big talkers, but the employees always talk and joke with them. It truly makes their day/night! The food selections are usually pretty good and surprisingly stocked given all the supply issues covid brought about. They have super friendly employees who are ready and willing to help anyone. Good people. Good atmosphere!"

"I took my elderly mother there today to purchase fresh shaved meats and cheeses. They were pre shaved and crusted over in the deli cases like food gets when it’s been exposed to air for too long. I complained to the manager that they looked old and nasty. She said that’s because they are old and nasty; they don’t change them out. I was disappointed in the sanitation but also the response. My mother can’t see very well and would have paid $10 a lb for gross meat and cheese. She would have likely have gotten sick from it because she can’t see and blindly trusts a store to keep up on its food safety. Such a shame because HyVee has always been a good store."

"The food is very fresh and tasty. Our service was helpful and attentive. We did have one problem with an entree but the waitress and manager took the item off of our bill without us even asking for it. They even offered to make a replacement to take home free of charge. We declined the offer but appreciated the gesture. A nice place to grab a quick bite to eat, especially when you're already going grocery shopping!"

"This is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The fried rice was crunchy and the egg rolls were almost burnt and soggy. I was there around 5-5:30, so the food should have been fresh. I ended up throwing it in the trash and getting McDonald's instead, even though I don't particularly like McDonald's."
