"if someone looks through these reviews, would like the best brunch in vancouver, don't look further: wildebeest is the place they need to be. I wait in the hour line in the jam cafe, tried catch 122, enzo’s, forage and a gauntlet of others and read them brunch reviews enough to bleed my eyes on the look for the perfect place. To be honest, I am a little upset with me because I am not earlier here, and if you weren’t, make sure you fix it. the bar is amazingly well equipped and well occupied. wildebeests **** cesar came with a sweet pickled green bean and a smoked castelvestrano oliven (dear sweeter gott, these olivez are good and grateful as appetizer available on the dinner menu) in a glass liberal with sprinkled salt blissful, and not surprisingly now the benchmark to which all **** cesars are kept in the future. I ordered the speck benedict I highly recommend. the beernaise was perfect, the beer glorious with a deep orange jollk, and (the best part) .face bacon all on a grilled buttermilk biscuit. a beautifully made hasselback kartoffel and a side of the sea kale rounded off the court. lower line, they have to eat at the wildebeest brunch."
