"Our 2nd visit to Nuno's proved to be disappointing. We were seated at the smallest table for 2, which was also inline with the direct sun light piercing through the west window. Even though there were other tables for 2, all larger and more comfortable, we were never offered the opportunity to move. Next to us was a table for 4, that was also in the direct low setting sun. They had to gather around 2 sides of the table to avoid staring into the glaring sun! All the while, what I assume to be the floor manager, seeing all of this, did not make any attempt to make things right for either table. But he knew how to hang out at the bar! No apology, no comped appetizer to show that he was sensitive to how we were having to deal with this, no attempt to cover the window! And there were no shades or drapes to block the sun, even though this place has been here for several years... WTF! Food was good, our waiter Cole was attentive, but pace of the meal and drink service was slow... too bad, a very good menu all negated by terrible service/management. Oh, and the available table out of the sun next to us for 2, did not get seated until we were leaving. If I owned this place, I'd definitely begin looking for another manager. Sadly, with all the other choices in the area for a nice meal, I doubt I'll be back!"
