"Ate there for Magical Dining but some in party ate off regular menu. Dessert on Magical Dining menu was half the size as regular dessert. Appetizers on Magical Dining menu also smaller than one ordered off regular menu. So, not such a great deal. The kitchen was unable and/or unwilling to make accommodation for a vegan diner who had been noted when the reservation was made. (Veggie burger is served on an egg brioche bun). Said they had no other bread and were “too slammed” to deal with it even though the restaurant was half full. Nice location but will choose another restaurant in the area next time."

"We had our rehearsal dinner at 310 lakeside and it was nothing short of AMAZING! It was the easiest part of our wedding to coordinate which was surprising because we had over 50 people at the dinner. Organizing it was so easy and painless Hillary, the event coordinator, helped us every step of the way! The room was perfectly set up and elegant, the service was amazing and the food was incredible! We searched high and low for a rehearsal dinner spot in Orlando that was affordable and beautiful and I am SO happy we found 310. It was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend, I can't recommend it enough!"

"On Saturday afternoon a Drizzling stopped. It was set right away. He was on duty. Server was very helpful and friendly. You said we had a time bang and would kill us. Food came out directly and was super double spectacular. I had an APPETIZER from Flatbread and it approached the size of a manhole cover. It was like a Flintstone era that could entertain half a dozen people. My beloved had a very pleasant chicken avocado cream that she inhaled. (She's picky. If she leaves, you can be sure that the scarf is good! Great experience with great food. Totally enjoyed 310 Park South and hope to see again if we don't rock from an adventure to the next."

"Our appetizers were good. I got a salmon burger and my wife got grilled chicken. My salmon tasted funny as if it wasn't cooked. My wifes grill chicken was just ok and overly loaded with onions. The waiter was good. The food took awhile to come which was confusing because it wasn't busy as i expected it to be on valentines. The outside seating was nice with a nice view of the lake."

"Ordered a lot of food for our daughter's family party and they forgot the rice. The bags are stacked closed so we thought it opened them during the restaurant. We live 15 minutes away. When I called, they apologised me and offered me $20 of my next visit and said I could pick up the rice. When I went back to get the rice, they apologized and even gave me a piece of cheesecake for my daughter and the bag said "Happy Birthday" so sweet! The food was amazing and the staff was so sweet and really sad. Errors happen, but it says a lot when a company has the error, apologizes and goes the extra mile to make things right! Lesson learned: Always your order before you go!"

"Great customer service! Clean dining area. Were able to make what I asked for (off menu). Girl behind counter is cute. The only reason for the four stars is the Cuban. Sandwich put together nicely. Would benefit from seasoning on the pork and fresh pickles. Totally get that this isn't a Hispanic deli, but if you are going to make a Cuban, Make a Cuban."
