"The only bad thing about this place was that there weren?t more customers there when I visited. Friendliness/Service: 5 stars. Very hospitable. Patient. Attentive. Cleanliness/Atmosphere: 4.5 stars. From what I can see is it is a clean place. Fun atmosphere. Don?t let outside of building fool you. Seems there are even places outside to eat if you need to. Perhaps a COVID addition. Food: 4.5 stars. I ordered the spicy garlic edamame. Very good. Slight kick. I also ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen. I added some ingredients. Very good. I didn?t do spicy as I was told spicy is very spicy. Perhaps I will try spicy next time to see if it enhances the flavor. Broth wasn?t super rich at first but as it integrated with the other ingredients I noticed it became richer with each bite. Price: Place has a variety of menu options. Price for area about right. Price to portion seemed about right. Concept: I love the concept. It?s creative. An Asian Cajun fusion. Recommend and love supporting local businesses!"
