"The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely dreadful! I placed a delivery order and waited a whopping 2 hours to receive it. When I called the restaurant to inquire about my order after the first hour, the staff member informed me that it would take a total of 4 hours. When I tried to cancel my order shortly after, no one answered my calls despite multiple attempts. I had to physically go to the restaurant to speak with someone, but even then I was completely ignored. I was not offered any kind of discount, voucher, or refund. To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, they had messed up one of my items and gave me the wrong order. The food is not worth the terrible service, and they will never receive my business again. If I could, I would give this place a negative rating."
