"Excellent food from Ethiopia. Not having had any Ethiopian food before the lesson the lady showed on eating was awesome. The “bread” was basically your fork. She explained the bread and a bit about the other dishes on the table. We had several original dishes as well as some traditional Texas staples. The integration of some of the spices on the rib tips was truly a world class flavor. Several of the vegetables dishes were spicy for my mild palette but awesome when eaten with the other dishes. Thank you for such an awesome meal."
