"Very disappointed by ITV. Our first impression at the bar was not pleasant. I think their two bartenders were in a "diff" of any kind and not communicating with each other...or ignoring us and their other customers. We felt very uncomfortable there with no interaction with bartenders. After about twenty minutes we were ready for our meal in ITV's back-dining area, which is dark and inconspicuous (with a full look at her bathroom door, which was left open by several mozens and had to be closed by passing servers). I chose her East Passyunk Restaurant Week menu and my first entree, a cabbage salad, was softened into saturation in his dressage that exaggerated everything. My partner's meal wasn't unforgettable, just okay. Our Essen server was pleasant and knowledgeable, the only highlight of a very disappointing meal at ITV. We have upcoming dinner reservations at Nick Elmis's next door Food, Laurel, (a sister restaurant to ITV), which I hope and pray will be a better experience. Probably not back to ITV soon."
