"I went to this location and I had ordered a large and the employee accidentally rang 2 mediums (I believe. Something along those lines) and she asked if I would just like 2 mediums. I replied the large was enough. Well little did I know at that time they she didn 't know how to void the sale, I think. So she went over to her purse and grabbed the remaining cost to pay it off so her register wasn 't off. I was kind of confused at the time. After I left and thought about it I could only come to 1 of 2 conclusions. Either She was so worried about losing her job that she would rather take money out of her own pocket than to simply void the sale. Or the company hadn 't taught her how to void a sale, but still instilled in her that she could lose her job for an action as little as that. Either way it just went to show how good of an employee she is, and also how unfair of employers Firehouse subs is. I could be totally wrong but I can 't see it any other way. I 've been in twice since trying to find this lady to pay her back but I have yet to see her. Anyway, the staff (only her at the time) was awesome. And the food (she prepared) was excellent. However, I can 't say as a franchise over all how I feel but I will get to the bottom of this. So my rating is solely on her as for now. I hope I find her soon. I 'd like to hire her at my business honestly!!"
