"Sorry. Just not great in my opinion. Brisket was cut well, but meat and even the bark was low on flavor. Ribs also muted in flavor. The sausage was loosley ground in the casing instead of well packed, leaving it soft and awkward texturally. Unfortunately the garnish of pickled cucumber and onion was the dominant flavor in most of the meat, which just isnt for me. However, thought the Mac n Cheese was solid with good flavor. All my issues are pretty subjective to be fair. Others may dig it, but it just wasnt for me."
