"However, things took a turn when a man began to get frustrated after waiting for his order. He started to create a scene, even threatening physical violence against the nervous servers. There were two waitresses and a bartender present, and he shouted that if anyone had a problem with him, they should take it outside. It was an alarming situation that felt as though he was trying to provoke a physical confrontation.
Despite the chaos, I noticed no manager stepping in to handle the situation. It was embarrassing to witness, especially for the servers, who were clearly trying to diffuse the tension. The man continued to yell, and the lack of action from management was concerning. When I did see a manager, he appeared indifferent, dressed casually with a half-braided hairstyle, and he never asked if the servers were okay.
This was a terrible experience for me and my child. It was distressing to see and even worse for the servers who had to endure such behavior without proper management support. If this individual had decided to lash out physically, it could have ended badly. I've been to this restaurant often since I live and work nearby, but today's lack of management and support for the staff was unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would."
