"It?s a hit or miss. One visit I get good service and fresh food, the next I don?t. I know every time we wait entirely too long for our orders to arrive. I witnessed chefs/kitchen staff hanging at the back of the store smoking and seriously taking it slowand easy, just hanging and talking to each other, for 20 minutes on a busy Friday night! It was insane. When the cooks/staffwalked back into the restaurant and into the kitchen, they were walking at a snail?s pace. That night we waited 40 minutes forour food. Also their aprons were filthy and their beards/hair were not groomed. I would love this restaurant but it?s a gambleand the food is too expensive to gamble on a cold steak. I wish they had better management that supervised and made employeeshustle instead of watching them talk to each other while customers need refills on their drinks and hot food."
