"I usually prefer to stop this when I decide to go to lunch. the team that runs the show during the weekday is always at the top of the best they can be. I don't know what happened today.(Saturday afternoon) eating was dreadfully prepared and the service was actually worse than eating. please do not forget that we live and work in the same community. Manager girl really wanted to make the sale and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction unlike the one in Terre Haute on 41 who didn't care to honor receipt survey reward because survey code was not available on one we got earlier in day inanother state..The lights weren't even on at said restaurant so people didn't even know they were open... Sullivan IndianaBurger King will always be a stop off if heading to Northern Indiana or beyond.... "There were some problems with are meals with my group that were incorrectly made after adding things we didn't want in with it, we also ordered milkshakes but it was barely even cold one had to much chocolate and another didn't have enough in. It should be the same amount put in. The quality of the milkshakes also were very poor in general, I know there was technical difficulties from the previous day but all the side options listed here don't deal with what happend. Work can be boring so it's ok to have some fun as i seen but orders shouldn't have so many problems while doing that. Sorry but you don't have vote in confidence of the work ethics that happened on that day burger King I'd rather go somewhere else next time for better quality foods for what we pay for"

"I visited a Burger King located at the intersection of Younger Street and Northern Saint Peter's Parkway in Saint Peter's. I used the drive-thru and found the staff to be very friendly, attentive, and patient. I ordered both breakfast and lunch items, which were cooked thoroughly and served hot. I am unsure if they are currently allowing dine-in service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as every restaurant has different regulations. I did not wear a mask while using the drive-thru, but it is not necessary. I requested a small water without ice after receiving my order, and the staff happily accommodated my request. This was the best experience I have had in a fast food restaurant in a long time. I want to thank the Burger King staff for providing me with a memorable experience that I will cherish in the future."

"I went to Burger King this afternoon-was going to go through the drive thru however there was a stalled car at the intercom to take order....everyone else was just backing up and leaving....I however parked my car and approached this vehicle....inside was a senior citizen-beside herself (crying stating she had been there about 15 minutes) because she didn't know what was wrong with her car....wouldn't start and she was holding up the line....myself along with another gentleman were able to get her car pushed around the corner and out of the drive thru lane!! Not one time did a Burger King employee come out to see if they could help....mind you they were not busy at the time.....after helping the lady....I went into the store to order food and get something to drink....I had mentioned to the guy taking my order that their drive thru was open again....he said to me....oh do you want your food that you order!! Not once Thank you or any concern for the lady sitting in the drive through!! Absolutely absurd!! We need to treat our seniors better than this!!Then inside the store was gross....big water/soda mess by the machine....tables sticking and gross!! Definitely will never patronize this business again!!"

"I placed my order in advance and went to pick it up, but encountered some issues. I arrived late because I work overnight and the restaurant closed early. I tried to communicate through the drive-thru speaker, but received no response. I then went to the pick-up window and knocked, but was rudely told that they were closed. I could see my bag of food sitting on the counter, which was supposed to be my dinner for work. This was a negative experience, and unfortunately, I have had several instances where my orders were incorrect or items were missing when preordering."

"Thursday night at 9:30 PM, the light on the side of the road is out, there’s a few cars in the parking lot, the lights are on inside, and the sign says they’re open till 11. Employee using charades motions towards the drive through. Nobody at the drive-through all the doors are locked, they clearly don’t want any business. It’s really hard keeping staff around here right now, early July 2022, them missing me on a motorcycle is almost understandable."

"On my first morning in Fountain Hills after arriving from Phoenix, I stopped by Burger King for breakfast. I ordered the croissandwich loaded with sausage, egg, ham, bacon, and cheddar. It was delicious and served quickly, accompanied by some tasty hash browns and a Capri Sun apple juice. The service provided by Manager Guadalupe was outstanding. The restaurant itself is a beautiful, newer building that was clean and had above-average seating. I highly recommend this fast food spot in Fountain Hills, AZ."
