"The Alaskan Black Cod dish and clam chowder were excellent, but the steaks were only average. The service was lacking, as it was strange to be told by our server that the executive chef was absent and therefore there were no special features. At this caliber of restaurant, the food runner should be aware of who ordered each dish."
