"This was my first time visiting the restaurant and I had a great time . Drinks were great . Food was really really nice .We had dumplings , wings and the collard green dip as appetizers . I tasted gumbo for the first time and loved it . Servers were definitely running around. I guess they were understaffed but it all came together . DJ did a great job too .Recommend getting a reservation to get a table . There’s a table time of 90 mins once you get a table but I think the day I visited it wasn’t too busy so we were there for good 3 hours . Definitely recommend"

"Best Soul food in New Jersey, the cornbread is sweet and buttery, the catfish and shrimp is seasoned to perfection and the mac n cheese is good but could have used a little bit more seasoning but overall I love ur food 10/10"
