"We made reservations for St. Valentine 's day. We were sat by one waiter and after 5 minutes we got water from a second waiter that was running around. Twice, we were asked if we wanted bread. Well! We are still waiting. After waiting 15 20 minutes, we got NO service whatsoever. We were the second couple that walked out the restaurant that night due to LACK of service. We could appreciate other tables waiting for the food as well. Unfortunately, as a restaurant manager and during a busy day like that you should be prepared with competent and enough staff. This is a fine restaurants or at least that 's what they may call themselves. Entrees were running $24 35 for pasta! I cannot comment about food because we were never got the chance to request it. If at least, they were apologetic and excuse themselves from the mediocre service, probably, that may have done a little bit of difference."
