Never receive the email confirmation, so I called to make sure there were no surprises. 8-10 times before the young man answered. Finally, the order found, but they said they had no chicken. Finally, the order got 20 minutes too late and no refund for the missing chicken. They said the manager had to do this and she was there tomorrow. Waited two days, refund not credited, so called back and spoke to Manager Maritsa. It was said that she didn't know how to do it because it wasn't done the same day as the order. She'd have to call her district manager to find out how. No refund yet. Perhaps District Managers did not receive sufficient training. Looks like a lot to go for mediocre pizza."
