"This morning, I was in my car heading to get my coffee when my phone rang and I missed the intercom at the drive-thru window. When I pulled up to the window and explained to the young lady that I had missed the intercom and didn't get to order my coffee, she seemed to misunderstand me. As I tried to clarify, an older woman approached from behind and told me to go back to the line. I understood, but a coffee doesn't take long, and I come here often. I tried to explain the situation, but she wasn't listening. I politely requested to speak to a manager, but she ignored me and closed the window. I was shocked. I even tried to record the incident on my phone because I couldn't believe an adult would act this way over a coffee order. Eventually, a young man came to the window but seemed disinterested in hearing my concerns. While this may seem like a minor issue, I frequent this place often. I believe the woman at the window was Albanian based on her accent, but she refused to provide her name. I am requesting an email from the manager about this experience because I was denied the opportunity to address how I was treated at their establishment. I felt insulted and unfairly treated, especially so early in the morning. I understand everyone has their bad days, but it's important to treat customers with respect regardless. Thank you."
