One thing that stood out was the Pork Meat Balls, so tasty and tender, but still carry a good bouncy texture! YUM! Duck Noodle Soup $US8.59 4/5 stars This is a speciality item in any Vietnamese Restaurants and each one has their own family recipe. Hong Duong 's version is super clean, the broth is very delicate with just a hint of duck, which if not done properly can become too gamy! Accompanied with pickled bamboo shoots, onion, cilantro this for sure can be categorized as Soul Food . Oh, and it come with a side of very very well dressed Cabbage Slaw, and the dipping sauce for the duck; ginger chilli sauce. Shrimp Mango Salad $US8.59 4/5 stars Perfect refreshing, crunchy, tangy, savoury, colourful! Good salad to go with anything you 've ordered or can be had by itself if you don 't want anything else! Being in such a highly competitive neighbourhood, Huong Duong is able to hold it 's own and offer a upbeat alternative of Vietnamese food that we all know so well!
