"I had previously dined at the old location and had a fantastic experience with both the food and service. However, my first visit to the new location was very disappointing. We waited nearly 30 minutes after being seated before receiving any service. Once we ordered an appetizer along with our main courses, the appetizer took 20 minutes to arrive, and barely a minute later, our meals were served. Unfortunately, the food was cold. To make matters worse, the server who delivered our food had a terrible attitude. I felt quite embarrassed since I had brought my daughter along, praising the restaurant, only to have it turn into a major letdown."
