"The service was really terrible. We waited 30 minutes to order drinks, another 15 to order food, the waitresses slammed glasses down when refilling water, and were hard to find throughout the meal when we needed an extra silverware set, etc. I've been a server for years and understand how difficult it is when you are short staffed and busy, but the solution is not to (A) overseat and overwhelm your staff, front or back of house, or (B) to ignore your tables. The food was good, so it's a shame that the service was so poor. The waitress completely missed 2 items we requested and it took so long to order/track her down, it wasn't even worth bringing up."
