"I placed an order on UBER Eats. two(2) eggs, home fries and side of toast. The order was delivered w/out the home fries so i called the rest., thinking this was not that big of an issue. The person who answered the line in the rest was extremely RUDE and stated well that 's not the order I rec 'd and if u wanted home fries that 's an extra cost. Excuse me, but there is no where on the Uber site for additional cost and since there may have been a mistake by UBER he s/h just honored the order and had the home fries delivered. He then proceeded to tell me that I did not order toast and rec 'd a croissant HUH? what does that have to do w/my inquiry? the eggs i ordered were sunny side up when I ordered over med. In short, if he handled this mistake in a very diff. way I would not post about this mistake. this rest. customer service really needs a lot of training. It 's unfortunate as i live in the area and really wanted to support this rest. WILL NOT BE DOING THAT ANY MORE! Also, the order is STILL CURRENTLY ON Uber eats w/out requesting addt 'l charge for the home fries! GO FIGURE! UBER gave me a credit and handled this mishap in a very professional manner. NOT THE REST."
