"ive been a huge fan of simpang asia for literally decades. but theyre pricey. so when i saw this less expensive version of an indonesian restaurant, with some of my favorites on the menu: yes please! but when delivered: no thank you! everything was awful. Nasi Bungkus was overcooked and underseasoned. i cant even describe what a horror the Gado Gado Salad was. Es Cendol far too much sugar. Chicken Sate overcooked and a disgusting sauce. i used to live in southeast asia, and simpang asia gets it right. mr sate is a million miles from right."
