"This place has gone from zero to heroes under new management. It's not the same place we went 25 years ago. Prices are moderate. The food is abundant. The atmosphere is casually elegant and there is plenty of room to eat and feel safe in, unlike a very popular restaurant nearby that was packed for Sunday dinner. This is our new place for family visits to Clark now. Excellent staff and very clean."

"Food was excellent! We had the seafood pasta, gnocchi, and veal marsalla. All were wonderful and I would recommend. We also had some appetizers and drinks with the happy hour menu capresse salad, truffle fries, meatballs, and the soup of the day (minestrone which was the best I've ever tasted) all fantastic. Everything was priced at reasonable prices. We will definitely be back. Thank you!"

"Dined on Father’s Day to celebrate my husband with the kids and it was the worst part of his day. I don’t think I’ve ever dined at a restaurant where the food made me wanted to puke! Also a first, I ordered a salad and it didn’t come with all of the listed ingredients in the menu it literally just came with tomatoes and cucumber. To be fair, the server was really nice and professional. She asked if I wanted something else and brought out a new dish per my request. She even brought out ice cream for the kids so they could eat while i waited for my food. Just too bad by that time, I had completely lost my appetite. Total waste of money and it spoiled Father’s Day! We didn’t love the place but returned occasionally. This time, we won’t be back ever."

"There are better steakhouses to choose from with better food, better service and much more reasonably priced. Even some off the strip are better than Phil’s. I had to soak my lobster in the butter because it was so dry and tasteless."

"We went to Phil's to celebrate Mom's birthday before seeing Mystere' in Treasure Island. The food was excellent and the people were so nice to us and gave Mom a special treat! The restaurant was practically empty, which was a shame and surprising. This place is a bit off the beaten path compared to new Vegas stuff, but well worth the trip, especially before such a fabulous show!"

"Our table was directly behind the hostess, so we could feel the cold air each the door opened. The food wasn’t worth the high end price tag. The ambiance was more casual and less romantic. The noise level was outrageous by the time we left. Overall we were disappointed for what we paid for and will not be returning."
