The place is busy because the food is good and the interior is humbly-sized, so expect possible delays during primetime. Today was the first day in a couple of years since Covid started that we were able to go to Bella Saratoga for breakfast. It was our weekly treat after walking at Sanborn county park. "I have been going to this restaurant since I was a kid, so easily over 10 years. It is my favorite Thai restaurant in the area. I live closer to Boston now but anytime I’m up this way I have to go here. It has become a staple location for my family, hometown friends, and college friends. They know if Mangos is open, we are going. The wait staff are always friendly and the food is delicious. I’m so happy they are in Tewksbury! Parking: Small parking lot but never an issue for parking Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to get into the restaurant, it’s all one level, same with the bathroom."

"A beautiful atmosphere with very few customers during early dinner. I had a Masaman Curry Dish. Everything about this Restraunt screams quiet date spot and enjoyable Gatherings when you value hearing your friends. I am eating with one other person in the building. 20 tables for 4. These guys need more business for the quality food and service they provide. Any general fan of Thai will love monopolizing on this untapped environment. Also, the door may be closed even if it is open and looks closed due to lack of customers. Just walk inside the dining area and sit down. Glasses are above average size. Menu pics posted hopefully if I get menu back."

"Easily bottom of the 30+ Thai restaurants in Cal and Nevada we've eaten. (We have a goal of eating at a Thai restaurant at every city we visited)The blandness (with the surprised cury) of pineapple fried rice was only outdone by the soggy pad sew ew. These dishes were almost not passable in a hot and humid atmosphere. I won't comment too much of the service given the other reviews. I can only concur the insulting attitude and the fact that they got my simple order wrong.I'm rather surprised by my experience given all there other wonderful reviews given previously. Not sure what has changed."

"We tried out this place and we were seated once we entered the place. We had four different staff come to our table and at first we were like service seemed fast here as they showed attention to us. This quickly vanished as more customers were seated. Halfway through our dinner we no longer were being attended to. Other tables were getting waters refilled but not our table. A simple water refill was not provided and we had to walk up to find someone for basic service. The lady who dropped our ticket had poor customer service and had noticeable stress or pressure from having a lot of people there. Our first visit was a fail."

"Love the different curries: have probably tried them all. Pad Thai is very good. Of you can't handle the heat, do NOT get Thai hot! I like spicy foods and medium is good for me. As of May 2022, they are still not open for restaurant dining. Take out only."
