"Pay for a double burger and Cajun fries. Get a single burger and cold and soggy fries with no Cajun seasoning on them. I was glad I checked everything before I made it all the way home? Went back and asked for a refund, and owner ?Harry? makes themanagement sit on the phone with him because they don?t have a system to process refunds promptly, even when using their websiteto order. So now i just have to take their word for it that I?ll have a refund in a few hours, because they don?t even have away to give me a receipt for that in store. Bad experience all around, but this isn?t uncommon for Dickys BBQ Pit and all oftheir other ghost kitchens."
