"Before I get to far in, the wait staff featured highly into me not giving this a 5 star rating. Coming in, we were not greeted and the 2 youngish men just stared at us until I spoke to them. The wait was not long, but shortly after we got seated it began filling up. Our server was not attentive at all! He didn't get requested items in a timely manner and didn't make sure we had all of our items. Service plays a huge part in my ratings. I acknowledge wonderful waitstaff and acknowledge when they are extremely busy. This gentleman didn't make an effort to let us know things were coming or make an effort to smooth over his mistakes. He was not busy on the floor at the bulk of our time there, the other staff next to us was awesome in comparison. The food was good! The BBQ was good and they had different sauces at the table which makes for an excellent experience."

"We were really disappointed with our whole experience last night. The place was literally empty but it took them 10 minutes to seat us. Then we ordered the feast for 4. It was an extra $5 to make it all you can eat and then another $2 for corn nuggets as a side item. Then when we asked for refills she said that we couldn't get a refill on the corn nuggets. We were a little upset that we paid an extra $7 and she didn't tell us beforehand that we couldn't get extra of that. Plus the place was a mess. Even when we sat down there was food all over the booth seats. On top of that, my in laws ordered ribs and they came out burnt. It was awful. Sonny's isn't what it used to be."

"Had an office party last Friday and ordered food from this location. Gloria was my rep and she got my order over to the closest location which was very close to my office. The food and everything I could ever possibly need including an extra bag of ice so I didn't have to make another stop was in my order. The hot food was hot and the cold cold. It was so delicious!! Seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Sonny's for your next catering need."

"We had a group of 20, so I was concerned about seating, but it turned out to be manageable since the restaurant wasn't busy. They quickly arranged a table for us by pushing together a few smaller tables and one of their long booths, which worked out well. Although the service was a bit slow given the emptiness of the restaurant, I understand it must have been challenging to coordinate food for such a large group. The food was delicious and served piping hot. However, we didn’t receive a single drink refill during our visit and had to request drinks to-go. On a positive note, if you register online, you can receive a $5 off coupon."
