"I'll start by saying this - customer service goes a very long way in determining if I'll ever be a repeat customer for any establishment. The food and cold coffee drink were great. The quality of service, however, was terrible.
Ordered my bagel hot, wasn't hot.
Fiancée ordered a venti, got a grande.
Fiancée asked for mustard, got mayo.
I asked for a cold coffee drink, was given hot.
Told the girl who brought us our order that I asked for a cold coffee drink. Her response? "Well, the ticket said hot." While that may be true, that isn't my fault as a customer. That's a fault of the other girl who failed to take our order correctly in the first place. Also making such a statement to a customer in the event of such a mistake is also unprofessional. And the smug attitude that accompanied her statement also wasn't called for.
Needless to say, we won't be going back. Real shame."
