"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE… I went to their Twilight Dinner Special, and when I looked at the bill, I noticed that not everything had been deducted as promised. When I inquired about it, I was told that the hostess was supposed to explain the restrictions to us. I asked to speak with the manager, who mentioned that there were table tents with the information, but the staff had forgotten to put them out. Regardless, it was still our responsibility to read the fine print before sitting down, which came across as quite rude. You would think that for a $10 difference, they would take some responsibility for the oversight. We will never return, and I recommend that others avoid this place as well."
