"I was there on Cinco de Mayo and the restaurant was as crazy busy as I've ever seen a restaurant, and I dine out 7 nights a week so I've seen it all. The staff handled it in the most amazing way that I've ever seen. They remained cheerful, alert, courteous the whole time. I own a restaurant and know how stressful it can be. The food is always amazing at Hacienda, but after witnessing what they pulled of on Cinco de Mayo, I have a new respect for this restuarant. They are opening another location in the Highlands and I guarantee it will be a huge success....."
