"El Tejavan East started it all with Jose and Patricia showing Amarillo what authentic mexican food means, and 25 years later, their sister restaurant at I40/Paramount is everything ET East still is — authentic, wonderful, yummy food at the hands of some of the best people I’ve ever known. They rock (as does their food) ok now I’m hungry!!!!!"
