"I'm here for the first time today. the people were very friendly and helpful. the restaurant was stone and clean. they had a nice selection of sandwiches and different plates. I have a pulled pork sandwich that was pretty good. because it was my first visit, the owner also gave me some hair pasta salad that was delicious. I'll be back in a moment."

"Loved it. The staff was friendly, inviting and fun to talk to. The Italian hero was excellently crafted, and the meat choice was very filling. Definitely love to come back here again. And I have no photos because the sandwich disappeared in my hands. ?"

"Awful service. I have ordered multiples times and after confirming my order they have butchered it on more than one occasion. I understand things happen we all make mistakes, although they always say they owe me... I tried clarifying this with one of the employees and he simply stated we didn 't have what you wanted I told them to please call me next time that way I can modify my order, they agreed and never did. When I finally asked for a refund instead of just simply agreeing to the empty words, they literally went out of their way and came for a sandwich...."

"Would not order for delivery. I ordered on Seamless and they refused to deliver my order because it is too far. Only discovered this when I called the restaurant. I live on 75/2, restaurant is 66/2 this is an 8 minute walk, 3 minute bicycle ride, 1 minute car ride. They accepted order on app and refused to cancel order on their end. They would have just kept the money and never delivered the order. There is also no sandwich customization on the app cannot add toppings or cheese."

"I ordered the Italian wedge, which was huge and more affordable than Subway nearby. I'm not sure what other reviewers are talking about regarding the quality or price, but I absolutely loved this sandwich and would marry it if I could."

"I've recently had time to get to Lino's and see how the new owners are doing. I loved it! I was greeted warmly when I walked in, asked if I needed help and even offered a taste of what was on the menu that day! I very much enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana, the fried zucchini and the bacon, onion meatloaf was killer!! The desserts are also really good. The pistachio parfait being my favorite so far! If you've tried them and are one of the few people whose orders weren't perfect, remember we all make mistakes sometimes. How about you politely bring it to their attention so they can fix it instead of posting it publicly. We all want to do the best job we can. Why not help them do it?"

"Great breakfast and lunch options. The salads are definitely a highlight. The staff are always quick and friendly. The only downside is the lack of a tip jar; it would be a simple and free way for the owner to support their employees. It just doesn't seem right."
