"My first experience at this restaurant was for takeout, and it was delicious. I even had to call the restaurant to let them know. I have worked in the restaurant industry for most of my life, in various roles such as management, cook, and kitchen manager. The phone order was taken by Terry or Theresa, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. We ordered the Family to-go deal #1, which included Penne a la Vodka, Caesar salad, and bread. We also added the meatball appetizer, calamari fritti, and bocconcini. Due to a foot injury, my wife had to go inside to pick up the food, but the staff offered to help bring our order out to the car. These small gestures are why the restaurant has been around since the 1970s. Everything we ordered was fantastic, and I look forward to returning for a proper sit-down meal with my wife.
