"Horrible service. Instructions clearly stated “call upon arrival”. When their calls and text failed to deliver, they left the food on my door step to get cold. When I requested a refund they refused, and hung up on me when I asked for a screenshot of their supposed texts/phone calls. I called back, asked for a refund, and he refused and called me prejudiced (I was not racist or culturally insensitive in any way, literally only talked about the delivery and the refund). Horrible restaurant with stuck-up staff. Their food is terrible, it’s why they need to stay open til 2AM to salvage whatever customers they can."
