"We had priority seating set up for 3:30. We understood it may not be ready. Obviously, your location is having staffing issues as there was plenty of room in the restaurant. We were seated about 20 minutes later in a booth next to the south window, we were freezing! Upon arrival at our booth, we had to ask someone to sweep underneath the table to remove chunks of steak and other food. Initially, our waitress was pretty prompt yet others around us were seated after and got their food much faster. There were only 2 adults and 2 kids. One of the kiddos did fall asleep bundled up in coats so she never ate but the waitress did send home a lava cake for my birthday so they could experience that at home. It was after 5 before we got our food. Hopefully, you can get some better heating in that section, or new windows, it did warm up when my cooktop arrived!! Maybe use the Mall area seating instead of the cold side! That area was not being used. Good luck with staffing, we would like to try your place again."
