"old school. the time design at this place is real people. 100 years old restaurants are as rare as 100 years old people! I mean, man, the average age for a restaurant in the usa is under 10 years. but this place is not a trick pony, eating is great and the service also rocks their socks. we sit in the front dining room and back. front is a little quieter back is more alive. I think my favorite thing was sitting in the bar and talking to everyone."

"The food seems to have greatly improved. I had PEI mussels and a Pittsburgh steak salad, both of which were delicious. My partner enjoyed his Potstickers and Salmon Caesar salad as well. Marissa was a lovely waitress. Great job WG!!"

"I visited Ritz Diner to give it a try, and I found it to be quite decent! I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with a side of fries, and I really enjoyed it—the fries were excellent! Other dishes ordered at our table included the chicken pot pie, fish and chips, and a pastrami sandwich. The fish and chips and pastrami sandwich were served as lunch specials that came with a side of soup and a soda. I tasted the matzo ball soup and thought it was rather bland. The chicken pot pie had a tasty filling, but the crust was so thick that it felt undercooked and overly chewy, which was quite off-putting. Our server was friendly, but we were seated in a spot where the sun shone directly on us, making it uncomfortable at times; I would suggest they consider getting some shades. Overall, I'd definitely return to try something new and to enjoy those fries again!"

"La Chasse is one of our favorites! The owner and staff are friendly and focused on their guests having a great experience. Last night, I had the salmon with mushroom risotto, and topped with crispy shallots. Delicious! My wife and I split orders of crab cake and also escargot. Blake, our bartender/server, helped to make our evening a really really enjoyable one! Every time we visit La Chasse we see other regulars , so you know the food, drinks, and atmosphere, are consistently A+."

"Great. One of our favorite places. I've probably gedminated 100 times here and every time it's great. Here's the key to the price, I don't think you'll find a better VALUE. Salads are like $12 and are HUGE. Bands are great and really big. OYSTERS are as good as in the hall. And I'm serious. I eat a ton of them. Check the wine prices. They're not that bad. 2x the liqueur is good in my book. try to find it in the other places of the city (not to name). Anyway, that's great. And do not forget the blue cheese filled olives and anchovies :"

"overall I would return if someone wanted to go, but it would not be my first choice. portioning, while tasty, are very small. in the did the garnelen appetizer was funny, as there were six tiny garnels that looked like they were going out of a frozen garnel ring....Ridiculous service staff, while generally attentive, really rushed our table at the beginning of the evening (we had a 7:15 res.) while the meal went on to the tempo became better. cozy, quiet atmosphere was pleasant. I'd go back, but don't ask for any burning to return soon. there are better options in the city."

"I came in at 9:30 pm after work and just wanted a good meal before heading back to my hotel. I ordered a chicken wrap with bacon and cheddar, fries, and a vanilla shake for a comfort meal and everything was as I expected for diner food: delicious. The wait staff was also very friendly and the other customers at the bar top were up for a nice conversation. Shout out to Marcela!"

"I ordered from the newly added Bistro menu, which provided some nice fix prix menu items at a reasonable price. My appetizer choice was the Ratatouille Tart, which was tasty and a very generous portion. Sea bass was my main dinner choice and was tasty, but a small portion. Dessert choice was a caramel crepe, which was quite nice. My dinner partner had the Beef Strogonoff, which was a choice from the evening specials menu. The beef was cooked to order and the generous portion of strogonoff was served over savory mashed potato...the overall dish was delicious. A side of ratatouille accompanied this entree. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. Overall...a good experience. Although many of the regular menu items are quite pricey, adding some less expensive bistro items offered some good food at a more reasonable price point."

"the steak was not rare, the server had specially cut us into it to see if it was to our joy when we told her it was not rare that she went and got the manager and owner. they came by to do so when they were looking and going on when to tell us that it was rare and the situation rejected. What was the point of asking us if they make a big thing about it for 1 and 2 don't try to correct it, just say we lie and go away?"

"When my soup arrived as an appetizer, I found a long hair inside the bowl after a few spoonfuls, so I returned it. I declined the waiter's offer of a replacement dish as I was concerned it might come from the same pot as the original bowl. Instead, I ordered a different, slightly more expensive appetizer. When the bill arrived, I was surprised to see that Mirabelle had charged me for the more expensive substitute appetizers. I expected that they would not charge me, as other restaurants have done in similar situations with their food quality issues (which are very rare for me). Additionally, both my wife and I found our dishes to be too salty (despite regularly enjoying well-cooked food - the fish and lamb were overly salty). I chose not to dispute the charges for the appetizer or the salty food at the restaurant, as I did not want to cause a scene during our anniversary celebration at this very elegant restaurant."

"the reservation was for a high table for 6. they tried to sit on a low table, although there were 4 high tables open. the service was mediocre with one of our party who did not get their meal until 12 minutes after the rest of the table. eating was a good tasting with large portions, which was the only saving gnade for this place."

"Sat at the bar and ordered there. Ordered new pimento cheese and bacon omelette came with potatoes and muffin. Very good. Personally I thought it was a little light on the pimento cheese but it was good. Not too heavy. Also ordered shrimp and grits. Always a good choice. Husband always wishes it came with a muffin. Bartender personable and efficient."

"my choice of street taco was the reason for my review. they were tasteless and expensive. I was surprised by the size of the tacos. they were more like mini-taco’s, not a regular size. the mango “salsa” was not salsa at all. they were small pieces mangos. I've eaten here and liked it. they have to spruce the tacos. I don't think I'll be back a long time."

"I was very disappointed. 75% of us got food poisoning from dinner. I came to the restaurant and they never answered. Do not order the rabbit, unless they want to throw up the night (we were not the only ones, either because it was thrown onto the toilet of the men). the shrimp-creole soup was quite blande and during the lobster was perfect the lobster ravioli was understated."
