"they saw as if they were undermined. the service was ok, but not great. a party of 3 and they could not bring all 3 meal times simultaneously. I had the crispy garnel plate. that was just fair. the hush puppies were mediocre and the garnels were anything but crispy. the teig tried to be speedy, but was almost soggy. the best part was the cocktail sauce that had a nice kick and my wife always wonders why she gets a tepid reaction from me when she proposes ruby Tuesday."

"My son and had went to Ruby Tuesday on West Wendover Avenue yesterday and the food was amazing ! , as usual. I got the 1/2 rack of ribs with hickory bourbon bq sauce, a baked sweet potatoes and the salad bar. The ribs are meaty and very tasty. The hickory bourbon b.s. sauce is absolutely delicious, not like any other restaurant. And let me not even get started on the salad bar! Fresh ingredients, plenty of choices of stuff to load up on your salad. I also got my husband the Hickory Bourbon Salmon, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. The server even threw in an extra sweet potato. My husband had just asked me on the phone if they had baked sweet potatoes and here this guy gave him one. Wow. I love Ruby Tuesday. I've been dining with you for years and won't stop now! Good, fresh food and excellent service is what it's all about."

"That was a beautiful place. We arrived on Tuesday after 5 pm to celebrate our 9 years anniversary with our 3 children. The hostess granted our seat request. Our waiter was patient with us, doing his job well. Our area was clean. Our food came super l (presentation and taste) and we enjoyed. I add that everything looked so good. "Service was good and so was the food, for the most part. I wasn't very impressed with the salad bar they had. You could kind of taste that everything was sitting out. Otherwise, my husband's and my burgers were wonderful. They were having $6.99 burgers when we went. The waiter let us know once we sat down. Which I appreciated. Everyone loves a good discount. "Ruby Tuesday has a great waiting staff. The service was always great. If you have a large group, you will still receive the personal service as if eating alone. You have a great menu choice. The prices are just a little high. You have a great salad bar. It doesn't matter if you bring your own birthday cake for your party. The only thing that was disappointed was the fact that they didn't want their garlic bisquits anymore. But for two adults you spend at least 40 to 50 dollars for your meal and don't drink desserts. You'd have more business if the prices were a little lower."

"We celebrated our daughters graduation from AU with a dinner in a private area. We had a group of 23. Our waitress Amber, was beyond amazing!!! No one ever had to ask for a refill on drinks. She took such amazing care of our large group and was so incredibly sweet to everyone. She always had a smile on her face. She provided the best service we have ever had and will definitely be back and recommend this location to anyone wanting a location for a large group get together. Thank you Amber!!!"

"Ordered a Togo order. One of the items I ordered was the kids Mac n Cheese for my child. It does not come with a side it’s only mac n cheese. It was $5.99 for the Mac n cheese. When I got home and got it out it was a small plastic container only about half full. It was not even enough to fill my child up. I called up there and spoke with the manager who was nice but she stated the Mac n cheese is proportioned to that size and there was nothing they could do about it besides offer me a free one next time I come. There will not be a chance for her to give me a free one because I will not be back. That’s last time I will eat at a Ruby Tuesday. It’s one thing to short my food but for sure don’t short my kids."

"We would have skipped this place. The interior is dirty everywhere so you wonder how bad the kitchen is. The employees who store the salad bar did not wear gloves and directed foods that were not handled. The same employee was seen several times to run the restaurant, with its brightly colored underwear hanging at the top of its low hanging pants. Eating was okay, waitress was friendly, but none of these things can be hard."

"The Bacon Cheeseburger tastes as good as the gourmetburgers we purchased in high-end restaurants (after my husband). See the attached picture. The salad bar tastes almost as good as the fresh vegetables from Amish Land!! The waiter was super friendly. The Mango Lemonade is wonderful. They even put a cut mango in the bottom of the cup (picture attached)! The only drawback was the loaded sweet potato. It was a little dry and did NOT see the picture on the menu. Still, I'm back."

"This place is GREAT! Excellent and prompt service. I am picky when it comes to how my food is cooked and what sides it comes with.... Hands down the best. Broccoli was excellent as a side, buttery and delicious compared to dry at Applebee's across the street. Brought a client here and he loved it. Ribs are excellent. Would recommend to anybody!"

"My wife and I went for lunch, I had the 8oz sirloin with their grilled zucchini and the broccoli. I order my steaks rare and usually get it over cooked. It was cooked just right. I also had the salad bar, which is why I went, and it was good. Nothing that looked like it was funky, everything on the bar was fresh. It looked good. My server was friendly and helpful. My wife ordered just French fries, which came out good. I will go back. My only critique is the the table nagahide cloth/cover was ripped and should have been replaced."

"This place felt like it could’ve had the potential to be really good. But 20$ for a tiny piece of chicken that didn’t taste that good is not worth it. My wife asked for a sprite and she got a seltzer water instead, I had asked for a ginger ale which looked like ginger ale but tasted like a stale sprite. The appetizers were good but the meals were below satisfactory. Overall I don’t recommend this place, for the Expensive price that we payed by the end of our meal it was not worth it at all. If you want a nice place to go to GO to Outback Steakhouse."

"I like Ruby Tuesday. Nice atmosphere and the food is good. The ribs and chicken tender was a delight. Chicken was fried well and the ribs was tender and fell off the bone. I was comfortable spending the $67.00 for my wife, daughter, and my plate. Saturday's are a very busy night but the 20mins wait was worth the time it took to give us a seating that my daughter could have with having a straight leg cast on her leg for knee reconstructed surgery. Waitress was very nice and no issues while we was there. We will be back soon."
