"We had to wait a long time to be seated, then another 15 minutes to even order our drinks. The drinks were brought to us in two separate times, with a 7-minute gap in between. The service was okay, but our waitress seemed overwhelmed. The food was average, but the fries were cold. When I looked at my water, the cup was dirty which made me lose my appetite. Overall, the dine-in service was not the best."
