"Johnny's had delicious food, but it was not presented very well, and they didn't have any steak knives. The ambiance was more like a hotel lobby than a rustic Italian restaurant. The lighting was too bright, but the music was good. Overall, it was a good experience, but they need to work on their lighting and decor."

"The food was incredible! Atmosphere is nice and quiet. It was only a little loud for us because we got seated right under a speaker. Although the music was nice ambient acoustic guitar music. Very nice dinner for a special occasion. Pricey, but worth the price!"

"The food came out luke warm. Great flavor but not hot enough. They were busy so I will take that as a good reason. Our waitress wouldn't even get one star. Amy was rude. We were sat at a table that actually rocked back and forth when we asked if she could do something about it she told us she didn't know. Fair enough then go ask someone else what can be done...didn't happen. I asked another waitress and she offered us to move to the next table which we did. We were eating and the people in the booth next to us left. Silverware were put on the table before it was wiped. Amy came over with her cloth and wiped around the silverware. I told another worker and he recleaned the table. Amy asked if we wanted more drinks my husband and I answered no but our friends were thinking about it she didn't give them a chance to answer and said again DRINKS!! When we paid I complained to the young man and he said ya sometimes she is in a bad mood Well then (Karen) I mean Amy you should stay home and not take it out on paying customers. Ok done venting...usually our experiences here are good ones. However today Amy happened!!!"

"I had a disappointing experience at Mitchell's, with a long wait and a refund on my food. However, I decided to try the fish and chips at the restaurant across the street. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service - I received my order in just 15 minutes. Not only did I get the same amount of food and dessert, but I also saved $10 compared to what I would have paid at Mitchell's. The quality of the meal was excellent as well."

"The service was not good. Our server was slow and forgot things several times. Also the chicken tasted funny and I was not informed that the rice with the teriyaki chicken was wild rice which I do not like. When I only ate a few bites of my food, she didn't even ask me if I there was something wrong or offer anything else. Not impressed."

"We found a real gem today when we dined at the Frankie Bones Restaurant at HHI. The menu was so fabulous, it was hard to make a decision. I always wanted to try Cannelloni, and this appetizer was great from this world! The service was also exceptionally good. Our server, Adam, was polite, knowledgeable and friendly; our entrees were served hot and tasty prompt, but not hastened. The fresh bread with herbal butter was a welcome bonus. We found the ambience here elegant, but not pretentious. A strong rain shower outside made it hard to go, but a nice hostess offered us an umbrella. Frankie Bones was a stylish experience... we can't wait to go back for more!"

"Their website suggested reservations and so we made them ... they were completely unnecessary. The restaurant wasn't really crowded, but they put us at a table near and extremely large party which meant we waited 10 15 minutes to have a server come over and take our drink order. I'm not sure if this is a post-pandemic thing or not but menus aren't provided, a broken tablet was shared, but for quicker service, it was suggested that we use our cell phones and scan the qr-code to see the menu and place our order. Admittedly, I am a little Tech challenged so needed help accessing their menu which was annoying. All ended well with an attentive server who got us a working tablet, a delish Chicago-style deep dish pizza and a shared hot fudge sundae. We will definately return for a taste of Chicago in Ann Arbor!"

"Excellent diner. Food here is better than a lot of other diners. The breakfast is strong here as well as the fried food. I would recommend the waffles and pancakes. The batter they use is very good. Also their fresh ice tea is very good as well. Lots of space and the food comes out very quickly. Almost everything I've ordered here, I would order again. They also have a vegan dessert option we didn't get it and I can't remember what it was). I got the pizza $16). It was made with roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, and Kite Hill cheese. It was simple but woodfired and very good. The crust was amazing. The pizza was big enough to split between two people, though you may want to explore appetizer options or order a dessert if you're particularly hungry. The service was excellent. Add in some smokey cocktails and it made for a perfect date spot. We'll be going back soon!"

"Ordering the delivery to the nearby Hotel Courtyard. The frits were good, but not well traveled: arrived soggy. But the PIZZA was incredible! Thin crust cheese pizza with custom supplements such as pepperoni, bacon and kalamata olives. Absolutely extraordinary. One of the best pizzas ever. Can I convince you to open a branch in Brooklyn? The quality of food in Stamford is remarkable, but based on this one order, Atlantic Street House is also impressive by Stamford standards."
