"first of maza gets an enthusiastic 5 stars from me, but happy cow leaves me only guess 4 due to the anesthesia of meat. I've been here a few times and always had incredible meal times, the falafel plate is always a victorious of me, the lens soup is filling and convenient and the hummus is honest the best I ever had (and I've been vegan for 10 years and eaten a lot hummus the staff is also super knowledgeable and happy to answer all menu questions that are always very appreciated. maza is a must try for all vegans in the nashua area!"
