"This use to be a good place to go for a meal, not any more. It took 5 minutes before we got acknowledge another 4 minutes to receive a cup of coffee and then 15 more minutes to receive a bagel. After the bagel it took another 8 minutes to receive a second cup of coffee. The food was good, the meal reasonable, the service terrible."
