"I have to remain gluten free and while I understand most Panera breads items could have cross contamination, usually their power bowls are fine for me. I tell the person taking my order that I am gluten free and usually the person preparing my food will change gloves and all is fine. Today, the girl taking my order seemed very confused about what GF was and when I asked not to have the bread served on the side, she continued to say she would have it put on the side. I continued to say, NO, not at all. Needless to say, the food ended up being delicious and I had a mild reaction to the food--so who knows. The environment is like any other Panera, mediocre."
