"It was good. We like when our salmon is cooked where it is flaky and tender. It was still a little dry, I say that becausewe always ask for it less cooked.. Yes, we did not tell our waiter because we were so hungry. We do understand that you have to cook it at a certain time and getting the temperature right but we did ask for it to be a little less cooked. Our meal came out on time and I had, had a hard day thats why we came for dinner. Our waiter was very nice and helpful when we were cold by letting us move and getting extra drinks. I think his name was David. Thank you David"

"Ordered curbside pickup. Overall, food was really good. I think the curbside experience should be improved. It’s kinda frustrating dealing with ppl that are seemingly working on their own terms not necessarily customer service oriented. When I arrived, I parked in the designated curbside pickup area and called to inform that I had arrived (there was nothing to click on to alert of arrival as mentioned in email). The person that answered the phone seemed bitter, busy and unavailable to speak to customers. There was a girl (employee) at another car talking to that party (also curbside pickup parking area) when I arrived. The girl went inside (after a while) and came out with their food and chatted a little more with them. I understand a casual conversation (enjoy ur meal, everything’s in the bag, have a great day) but not a full LONG conversation while other ppl are waiting. Give me my — food so I can go? I passed many restaurants to come here, it was a choice. I’d like to continue choosing this location. She finally came over to my vehicle and asked my name (which I gave her). Darn, didn’t I call and give that info when I arrived? Was that not communicated to her? Anyway, she brought the food out and quickly walked away. I gather that she doesn’t casually thank the customers and WAS actually having a conversation with the other car as we waited for her to wrap it up. The kids meal (chicken Alfredo) had a great taste to it. The recipient said “I give it a zero because the chicken is so small.” I’m just the messenger. I thought it was appropriate for toddlers. The Mac n cheese seems to be different (worst) from my previous orders however, this was a kids meal and it was received with love.The wonton tacos and neighborhood beef nachos were perfect and tasted as it looked (good). So yeah."

"I have to admit, I've never been an Applebee fan. Lately the food and service was about perfection! Tonight I ordered to go, and the young man who answered the phone, Justin P., was so sweet and took the time to make sure the edits were correct in my order. When I arrived, I was greeted by a smiling manager, and Justin came out to run to get orders to pay me out. He was personally as pleasant as he was on the phone, even with the busy rush! Both my and my friend's food were fabulous! So great staff and service!"

"My friend, I occasionally eat here, but lately I went for “me time”. I talked to the girls/bartenders, they're nice ladies. I order either grilled chicken/shrimp bourbon or grilled shrimp salad, which is very tasty, my fave- either one of them are healthy tasty choices for me. On an occasion I was in my feelings; Dog situation, of course, so I pampered in some ice. I usually have a sunrise tequila- the cocktails are sometimes very good sometimes not - but this depends on who serves it.. I really enjoy myself. Thank you."

"Me and my colleagues ordered 3 steaks one medium, two medium rare. Judging by the one steak that was supposed to be medium, we have clearly received two medium well steaks. I brought it up to server's attention she checked the order (which was correct) and informed the kitchen about the mistake. My colleagues decided to proceed with the medium and medium well steak. I have also been asked whether I want to keep the dish and the sides, which I declined. After 15 or so minutes, the person from the kitchen came out holding 2 plane stakes (no sides). We explained that only one steak was needed and that I would like to have the sides heated up as well. The heated up sides came back when I was about 80% finished with the steak (the same portion of sides that I ordered, not a new one) and they were just heated up in a microvawe broccoli and potatoes altogether. To top it all off, when we were all done and about to ask for a check, somebody from the kitchen came out with a brand new portion of steak and sides... I don't know what has happened in the back, but it clearly was a mess."

"The Hostess was extremely rude.He ran around in circles saying he needed to clean tables but just saw him circling around in his own footsteps. He seemed like he was high on a substance and refused to seat our party due to a language barrier. I made it very clear there was a language barrier as my husband and friends were First to arrive and he didn’t care. He says “well too bad you’re gonna have to wait because they sat down in the booth and I had to ask them to move” He proceeded to seat the party that entered the door after us and spoke to us so rudely like he ran the place. Mind you, again with the language barrier, they thought they were told to be seated in a booth, and he ended up punishing our party by rudely seating other people-which made no sense to me. I have never been spoken to like that by a hostess saying “too bad you’re gonna have to wait”. How is this guy still employed here? He should remember that customers are the reason why he has a job. He spoke with an aggressive tone, nodding his head with attitude. I’ve never come across a hostess with this much of an attitude and power trip. We didn’t even feel comfortable after being discriminated against. Everyone in the waiting area witnesses the terrible hostess. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION."

"The 1st thing I notice when my husband, son, and I, came in is that everything is clean. We came in at about 1:30 p.m., and all the tables had been bussed from the lunch hour rush. Service was quick and we were seated immediately. Also we got our menus and drink orders right away. I tried the raspberry Ice tea; it was very good. When our food came it was hot, everything seemed fresh, and nothing,apparently, had been left sitting round, to get cold. Our desserts were, likewise, delicious, and all shared around. The décor is pleasant, personal is helpful and cheerful, handicap availability for the bathroom and parking is there, and seating is available for large groups."

"first I should say that the personal has tried. but we ordered on the 2 for $24 menu (until recently known as the 2 for $20 menu, a 20% price increase). I have a burger and pommes and my wife got a soutwest chicken bowl. we have box sticks and boneless wings for apps. it took a long time to get our food, and when it did, everything came out immediately. the chicken dish was really good. my burger wasn't the one I ordered. I told the waitress and she apologized, told me that there was a new cook and brought me the right one. she even said to take the extra home what I thought was really nice, as many picturesque restaurants don't do that. pretty much done for the mistake. the only other small problems are that the bungalow on the burger was cold, which made it disintegrate when they tried to eat it, and there were no salt and pepper shakers on the table, which I am sure a result of covid. but we couldn't get them until we were usually through the meal. bottom line: if covid is her reason to increase prices 20% something most businesses I have ever worked with can't do with what they spend? you are still understated and it shows."

"me my husband and 2 sisters went to Fairmont Applebees and inquired about the special all you can eat wings and half priced appetizers our waitress said they were until 6pm so we ordered and were waiting for our checks and mine was $52.52 all my half priced appetizers were full price so $11.79+8.79+9.99=31.00 instead of $5.90+$5.00+$4.40=15.30,my sister ordered the wing special and chicken tacos,tacos were full price her total was $34.10 and my other sister ordered for her and took something home for her husband her total was $45.50 so we were over charged so we got the waitress and she took our slips up and asked someone and they informed her not on the weekends she didn't tell him she told us they were until 6pm and she brought the slips back to us we paid them but no one was happy and it's sad because the food was good. but the whole thing should have been handled differently because there were 3 unhappy people and it will be a long time before we go back"

"as far as applebee’s goes, it was quite normal. the food was in order, not perfect, but the price they pay. they did not inform us about certain menu outputs and served the items with what they had provided. they forget a few items we ordered, but quickly fix the situation. overall it was a decent experience if they can not get reservations in the restaurant, this is a solid option."
