"i dont want this to take away from the ice cream, but i think my experience did. as a friendly helpful coming from a loving place here are some improvements i think the company could do. 1. it was very crazy and you are just asking everyone who is in line or ordered. set up a rope or something to form a line where you can pay after. 2. you dont even know what is in the ice cream. they just have the names and i felt after 3 ice creams i had to ask what is in it i didn't want to ask anymore, but didn't know what the flavors were. they dont list the ingredients. 3. you eat with your eyes. i couldn't even see the ice cream. i wish it was infront of you so you could see it and know what youre getting."

"I came through the drive thru to order a coffee I had ordered the first time I went there that was really good. (Had a good first experience so I wanted to try it again) I tried to get that same coffee again. The guy told me cherry blossom cold foam is popular right now so I decided to try it on top of my cold brew. When I got to the window and tried it, I told him I wasn’t a fan and he didn’t try to do anything to help fix it. He just told me to have a good day. So I just spent money on a coffee I’m not even going to drink. Really was excited about getting Crimson cup this morning and left disappointed. Take this as you will. The Mexican corn stuffed bagel ball was awesome though. I also work in the service industry and I treat others the way I want to be treated. I also never make reviews."
