"When I called Cuppies on July 11, 2022 to inquire about the refund, I spoke to the manager who claimed that the cake decorator was sick and no one else could decorate the cake. The manager also said she instructed her staff to call me and cancel the order, but I never received any call. The manager seemed unaware that other orders were packed and ready for pick up on Sunday, including cupcakes, which I had also preordered but were not provided.
I was disappointed with the disorganization and mismanagement at Cuppies, as it resulted in me not having a cake for my daughter's second birthday party. I have disputed all charges with my credit card company and advise others to be cautious when ordering from Cuppies. The establishment may have vegan options on their menu, but their service leaves much to be desired. I urge Cuppies to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide a response to this review."
