"This is probably the worst Jack-in-the-box I have ever experienced. Myself and Zippy stopped to get a snack, so I ordered 4 tacos and a water. Took forever to get the water. When I got the tacos they were cold and had no cheese. I took them back to thecounter and requested fresh ones. The person doing the deep fry started arguing with me in Spanish about the tacos not comingwith. I told him in Spanish, he needs to go back to orientation and learn the menu. He also needed to have some customer servicetraining for his was lacking tremendously. I still didn't watch him make my tacos, because I was going to have him spit in themand then made him more infuriated. Be back on to cuss me and basically wanted to do physical bodily harm. I finally got a neworder and proceeded to eat."
