"Since there is no Jamba Juice in my area, it took a long drive to arrive to this location. But overall the drives are worth it! The staffs are nice and helpful. We happened to try the Electric Berry Lemonade and Acai smoothie, the previous trip, we tried strawberry smoothie and matcha green tea smoothie. They are so good (i hope healthy as well! . We ordered the first time through our mobile app, I think it costed more since there is a tax fee to remain app, so if you are not busy then I recommend order in store to reduce those fees. Overall, great drinks!"

"This is the only Jamba Juice location I have ever visited, but it has won me over to Jamba Juice. I have always been a fan of fruits and smoothies, but this place has never disappointed me. I love the flavors in their mango options, but I also appreciate the option to customize my drink with additional ingredients beyond their menu offerings. As a yogurt enthusiast, I always opt for either frozen yogurt or Greek yogurt in my drinks, which enhances the flavors for me. I also appreciate the clear and organized menu, making it easy for me to explore new options. The service is also outstanding, even when there is only one staff member working. They work efficiently, making multiple smoothies at once while maintaining quality. I highly recommend this location for a quick drink or meal replacement, although I wouldn't recommend studying here as the atmosphere is not conducive to that. The prices are on the higher side, but they offer discounts through apps like Pocket Points, so be sure to take advantage of those deals."

"The service at this point is a little slow, but I had a voucher for $5 that had expired a day before, and they like to honor it. The staff was nice and helpful. This was after another Jamba site had told me that I had to log in to the app to use a voucher, but I couldn't sign up because they didn't have a Wi-Fi available, so they told me that there is nothing they could do for me, and my voucher ran this day, so I was screwed."

"On 6/22 at 2:00 PM, the employee working at the restaurant was extremely impolite. When we entered, we were not welcomed or informed that Jamba Juice now requires masks. The employee insisted that we could not stay without a mask and said she would take our order. She looked us up and down, rolled her eyes, and reiterated that we needed a mask to be inside. While we understand the policy, it would have been better if she had explained it more kindly instead of being rude and ordering us to leave with her arms crossed. After reading other reviews, it seems that other customers also had negative encounters with employees as soon as they entered, so it seems to be a recurring issue unrelated to COVID. I observed another person leaving while shaking their head and cursing about the rudeness of the staff. It is clear that they need to improve their employee training."
