"The restaurant was clean and the workers friendly. But the time we needed to get our pizza was crazy and it wasn't even hot, just warm. The lasagna we ordered came out 15 minutes before the rest of our pizza and the salads we got after our meals. The timing was terrible. The quality of the ingredients was good, it was simply not brought out if appropriate. The drinks were refilled without demand. The lock on the bathroom door was broken. It looked like it was run by a bunch of kids without management guidance."

"Love everything about Ledo pizza. This location is good, but people work are not friendly. When I was there to get my pizza, the guy looked at me behind the counter and went to a table. After almost 10 minutes he came back and asked me what I wanted? So I gave him my name, it took 5 minutes to find my order. The place was empty, seemed like he didn't want to be there. Anyway, I'm just giving four stars for the pizza."

"I have to agree with the negative reviews about this restaurant. It really should consider losing its license. The manager has a bad attitude, and things like dirty glasses and an unclean dining room carpet suggest that the place has not been properly cleaned in months. I am surprised at the lack of attention to important things like kitchen cleanliness and customer service. The person who answers the phone is always rude. I regret having been a patron for so many years. I now drive somewhere else for pizza, but I do like Leathero's. Despite some issues with their pizza in the past, they are usually better than this unfriendly establishment. The cleanliness of the kitchen should be left to health inspectors. Perhaps Ledo's should make unannounced visits or have the franchise owner intervene unless they are part of the problem. I doubt they would be happy with the daily operations if they were undercover."

"I checked the menu on the website and ordered a salad that was supposed to include a selection of meats. However, I was surprised to find that I had to pay extra for my choice. This feels like misleading advertising, as it shouldn't be called a "selection" if I have to pay more for it."
