The sandwich ingredients from the menu reads: “tyler's smoked chopped brisket, housemade pimento cheese, pickled red onions, cumin pickles, griddled on our bread” and you get every bit of that flavor. Perfection on bread made in-house with love. With pimento cheese oozing down the sides, thick chopped brisket, and the pickles are actually “cummin’ pickles.” That’s because its what you do as you eat them (all jokes aside the pickles are fire! .The service is always great! Every time I’ve came in, the same smiling faces are there and they all work together like a well oiled machine. Start to finish, it may take 6 minuets to get my food on a very busy morning.
